  • Features

    Framing 1/8 inch thickness allows you to use this backing with all frame profiles when glazing and mat boards are being used, creating a framing package of less than 3/8 of an inch.

    Uses backing board for window mats, or as extra backer with hinged mats, and backing board or support for photos and prints in Crystal Clear Bags and Poly Bags.

    Acid-Free - Yes

    Lignin-Free - Yes - lignin content is measured by the phloroglucinol test with a Kappa number of 5 or less

    Buffered - Yes - contains a minimum of 3% calcium carbonate (CaCO3) with a pH range 8-9.5

    Board is made from fully bleached, high alpha cellulose pulp. It does not contain any post consumer waste recycled pulp. Acid-free paper liners.

    Material extruded closed cell polystyrene core free from damaging pollutants and harmful gasses

    Design engineered to be highly warp resistant
