    Orders with Custom Frames only ship on Wednesdays.
    Orders must be placed before 9 am on Monday to ship that Wednesday. Orders placed after 9 am on Monday will ship the following Wednesday. Contact us at 1-866-877-7050 for additional information.

    • Assembly Required Frames do not include the necessary assembly hardware (because some people opt to purchase those in bulk) but the hardware is automatically added to your frame order and your cart unless you uncheck the box in section 4.

    • Non-Refundable Frames are cut to your specifications and once ordered cannot be canceled, changed, returned, refunded, or recut.

    • Glazing Not Included These frames do not include glazing (glass or acrylic). Order UV-Filtering Acrylic and we can cut it down to match your frame size, upon request under Special Instructions during checkout.

    • Hanging Wire Not Included A Picture Hanging Wire Kit is sold separately, if needed.

    • Finishes The Silver, Gold, and Anodic Black have a glossy appearance. The Matte Black has a matte (non-glossy) finish.

  • Resources

    Frames are easily assembled with standard Frame Hardware Kits (sold separately). To buy a single kit or purchase the various parts in bulk go to the Frame Hardware Page.
