6 How do we secure information transmissions?

When you send confidential personal credit card information to us on our website, a secure server software which we have licensed encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. The information is scrambled en route and decoded once it reaches our website. Other email that you may send to us may not be secure unless we advise you that security measures will be in place prior to your transmitting the information. For that reason, we ask that you do not send confidential information such as Social Security or account numbers (including credit card information) to us through an unsecured email.

9 Do we disclose information to outside parties?

We provide information with third parties as required to better serve our customers. For example, address information needed for delivery via UPS, FedEx, USPS. We also use Google Analytics to help understand how customers interact with our site. Learn more on Google's policy here. For advertising and marketing purposes - Google Adwords, Mail Chimp, Reseller Rating and Stamped are the authorized services we use to deliver tailored advertising as well as provide you the ability to submit customer feedback. We may also be required to share information to comply with applicable laws but this is only to keep in accordance with regulations in response to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful requests.

Film Storage Kits

Application

We offer film storage kits for 35mm, 120 or medium format film, and 4 x 5 negatives or transparencies. These kits provide you with three levels of organization and protection for long-term preservation.

Kit Includes: Metal Edge Box, polyester or polypropylene Sleeves, acid-free File Folders or Envelopes, and Adhesive Back Vinyl Label

Box Colors: tan only. If you prefer black or gray order components separately.

Capacity: each plastic sleeve is designed to hold one strip of negatives. Each file folder will hold a full roll of six film strips. Each box holds up to 50 Negative File Folders.

Four-Up Negative Kit: designed to hold strips of four frames or images because many film processing labs return color negatives cut this way. Note: the 35mm Sleeves included in this kit may need to be trimmed to fit your negatives.

Polyester - 3 mil is the clearest, most inert of the photo-safe plastics. These sleeves are also more rigid than the polypropylene, making viewing and handling film easier.

Polypropylene - 3 mil is also archival but is more economical. It is a clear plastic but lacks the optical clarity and rigidity of the Polyester.
